So today was my first day!
I consumed 1304 calories
BREAKFAST- cereal (Sustain - Low GI)
LUNCH- tuna sushi roll and fruit salad
SNACKS- roasted almonds (20 pieces)
DINNER- chicken, vegetable, rice noodle stirfry (seasoning: oyster sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, chicken stock)
SUPPER- piece of burgen rye bread with a 95g can of tuna in olive oil.
WATER INTAKE: 1.5L (teas included)
I exercised vigorously for 30mins (was dripping in sweat - great exercise video)
I am pleased with today, Goal for tomorrow: MORE WATER!
