I'm in again too, this months goal is to maintain my weight below 63kg with an ultimate goal to get to 62kgs.
Yeah October! The pool opens next week so you can catch me there every weekday afternoon!

Woohoo good to see everyone here!

Runner I would love to start swimming. My gym doesn't have a pool but I guess I could get down to the local one for some laps. I think I will set that for a goal when I'm around 90kg (so I don't scare everyone in my togs!)

Danielle good to see you back!!!!!!

My goals for Oct are a bit more exercise, a little less drinking & to fit into my pair of navy 3/4 pants so I can wear them to work. At the moment I can get them on and alllllllmost do them up.

89.6 Kgs this morning..

looking to stay in the eighties seeing as I'm in the UK for most of this month..
Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 107 Kg (3 May 2019)
Current :105 Kg (17 May 2019)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014) : 99.2 Kg (31 May 2016) : 104.7 Kg (10 May 2019)

HEY GUYS!

you know what I HATEEEE... when my bf of 5 years playfully pinches my belly fat! ORRR when he pinches my double chin.
He does it sooo playfully and lovingly but all it does is make me depressed coz it makes me aware that he notices those trouble spots.
I HATE THAT!

Anyway, today was ok. got a great 30min workout in. (did an intense cardio kick-box video- was soaked by the end of it)
My goal for tomorrow is to get more water in. I just cannnnttt seem to do it! Today I probably drank about 4 glasses. Should be drinking twice that. :?
How are you others going?
Any tips?

Here are my tips of the day (hehe):
- Register with fitday.com and record everything you eat. It is a great program, works out everyyything for u. tracks your weight and all..
- Drink 8 glasses of water/unsweetened tea
- Try to keep your carbohydrate consumption 40% or less of your overall consumption of food (Fitday is great at calculating this for u. I was naughty today and had 46% carbs)
- If you are going to eat carbs, always opt for the low-GI option. Keeps you fuller for longer.

I'm choosing not to weigh in this week, and may not weigh in at all until next month. I'm quitting smoking and its been rough foodwise - I'm replacing smoking with eating junk. Not cool. Should only take me 21 days to get into a new habit though. I'll figure it out.
Goal for 2010: Be at most 99.9kg by 31st December 2010

I'm not weighing myself this week, I'm in the middle of my period!

I'm bloated and retaining water so the weigh in won't be accurate.

With my diet this week, I know I have gained a little.

As long as it isn't more then 500 grams (1.1lbs) I can deal with that!

I really think this month I will be lucky to get to 78 kilos!

Well, I told you all that I wasn't going to weigh in, but I decided that I would to make myself accountable for everything naughty that I ate this week (and trust me, that was a LOT). I lost 100g, which I think is largely due to my hard work at the beginning of the week, before I quit smoking on Thursday and my eating ran way out of control!

SW: 119.9kg
4/10/09: 119.8kg
GW: 114.9kg
Left to go (4 more weigh ins): 4.9kg

I'm coping better with not smoking now, after 3 days. My habits are slowly changing for the better.
Goal for 2010: Be at most 99.9kg by 31st December 2010
