Sorry guys. I slacked off this week. Been busy and tired and forgetful.
I had a gain last weigh-in of 400g, taking me up to 86.5kg. :?
But I am doing a lot better this week (I think so anyway), so I'm hoping to get back down to 85.something at this Thursday's weigh-in.
I wanna hit that goal of 85 for my trip to KL, dammit! Lol. Only 3 weeks to go!!!

Hey guys

I'm not weighing in this week (lol bit of a theme going on here) but I'm stuck in the middle of TOTM hell and like every month I am so heavy and bloated feeling.

But I will report that on Saturday night I tried on a pair of pants that I have been slowly trying to get into over the last month, well I can FINALLY do them up! They cut off my circulation and I can hardly breathe but they do up! Woohoo...so I've lost some off the hips and belly, yay!

Oh and I bought a semi goal dress on Saturday, it is a size 16 I am hoping I might fit into it by my birthday in April. It's great for my motivation seeing it hanging up, so lovely and hot looking!!

Hi Happygirl,

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well, I hope you feel better soon :) Congratulations on fitting into your pants, it's great when old clothing begins to fit again! I have this red 'inspiration' dress that I've been working on getting into for a while lol. It's just a classic red dress, and I think I only just managed to get into it when i bought it all these years ago. It's only been worn one time, and every now and again, I try it on to see how close I am to getting back into it. At first, I couldn't even pull it over my thighs  but slowly, i'm getting there. I can now get it about half way zipped up, but I still have quite a way to go with it. It's also satin, which isn't the most forgiving material

It looks like you and I had a pretty similar starting position and goal, so if you ever want some support, just give me a shout :) I've got down that my goal is 75kgs, but in reality, I'd probably like to get down to somewhere in the 60's overall. I just put 75kgs because it seemed like less of a mountain to reach at the time! I'd still be overweight at 75kgs, but it seemed like a good 'first' goal.

All the best!

Hi Miss_Viva!

Thanks darl! Feeling lots better today so thought I'd take the plunge and I'm down to 107.2kg, which is almost a 1kg loss!

You have done so well, I bet you are feeling amazing. I agree, 60kg does seem like a longggg ways away. But I'm closer now than when I was sitting on mu bum eating just thinking about it lol.

You are gonna look hot in that red dress!!

Well this week i found an extremly rapid way to lose weight. Its just really really unpleasant. very very horrible. I got that stomach bug that has been going around. Lovely bug that has you holding the toilet in a bear hug! I checked my weight this morning i had dropped 800grams. I am expecting this to be heaps of fluid so I' not counting it. I would rather have a bad cold for a week than one day spewin' and pooin'.
Anyway reading back my post not sure way I had to post it. Sympathy I guess.

I know... it is a little weird. :?
But I jumped on the scaled again the morning after, weighed in 500g heavier at 84.3kg. That's still a loss of 2.2kg though, so I can't be disappointed!
I'm interested to see how next week's weighin pans out....

well this week I am definantly on track with my october goal of sitting between 62 and 63kgs. Like I thought, after being sick, my weight was back to normal today. so sitting on 62.8kgs. My pool had to shut for repairs this week so no swimming for me yet. I just can't find the motovation to run anymore. I still go for a walk everyday and I miss running but the effort seems abit much. I haven't been in weeks. And because i haven't been in weeks it's going to be so much harder. So I'm not sure when the last 800grams will go. By the end of october I hope!

Best wishes everyone!
