I'm still in plateau hell, oh the joys!

I haven't lost weight for close to a month!

I'm hovering between 79 - 80 kilos (173.8lbs - 176lbs)

I'm just trying to stay positive, take week by week.

Maybe I may be lucky and break the plateau by end of month?

I doubt I will lose anything this month.

BUT

As long as I do not gain right?

This is a good time on focusing on eating healthy right?
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

Ok so I'm hoping to weigh in tomorrow, the number probably won't be pretty! I had a massive weekend with way too much to drink. Like seriously way too much. It was BAD. Guess what happens when one is drinking too much but tries to compensate by not eating all day and night...yes one gets SICK! Woke up on Sunday feeling a lot healthier than thought I was going to though. But I had McDonalds and Dorritos on Sunday cos I felt so sorry for myself (you know when you think back to the night before and realise how drunk you were and the things you must of done but can't quite remember it all...yeah it went like that). No one to blame but myself!

I'll weigh in tomorrow, if the number is pooey I'll try again on Friday and just take which ever number I get then for the week.
My journey so far...

Ok down to 106.7kg! That is a half a kg loss. I have no idea where I pulled that from but I am so very happy! I even felt blegh still from the weekend when I woke up so I am truely shocked I pulled a loss.

So I am still on track for my October goal (2.7kg to go) and beginning of summer goal (6.7kg to go) Woohoo!

yes-we should probably do some cardio! more structured exercise...i am gonna kill the carbs completely again-worked last time. drink the whole 2lt water a day..oh and i need to stop having wine at night. having bulk of calories in first part of day might help. we have both lost a similar amt of weight , and personally i feel great but when i see pics i realise i am still quite 'chunky'. been a long year! :)

After many weeks I've finally had a chance to use the cross trainer!

I did 15 minutes which is around 125 calories, better than nothing right?

I finally have some time, the house is clean, baby is asleep.

I'd love to do 15 minutes more, but right now I will take what I can get!!!

But I got to cross train, who cares for how long the fact is I did it!

And I loved it!!!

Good luck with the killing of carbs, that looks really hard to me, good luck!!! I agree about the bukl of calories in the earlier part of the day. I'm trying to eat more fruit as snacks!!! I'm upping my cardio as you can tell.

I really want to get to 78 kilos by the end of month, I know it is only a 1 kilo loss but that is better than nothing AND a whole lot better than gaining right? We can do it!!! What is your goal for end of year?
