12 WEEK CHALLENGE - WEEK 2


Hope you all remember to keep posting each week. Last time I ended up finishing on my lonesome :( so for anyone who doesn't post you have to drop and give me 20! Okay make it 10. Alright 1 then! :lol: Just kidding I'm in a silly mood.

Hi

Is it ok to start in week 2. Just started diet today (are we allowed to mention names?).
Anyway my weight is 99kg
goal for challenge is 85kg

How is everyone going on week 1?

Hi Laura, sure you can start on week 2. I replied to your post in week 1 already.

Yes, you can mention names of what plan you follow. Everyone here is pretty much on different plans so I guess it is a case of finding what works best for you.

Week 1 is pretty much the beginning so we will see how we all progress over the weeks. There is also regular weekly group weigh ins along with monthly challenges so be sure to check them all out.

Looks like you have started your weight loss journey so congrats on your loss to date. Good on you for jumping straight into a challenge, that's the spirit.

I just got back from holidays - I was away for 5 weeks but only put on 3kg - thank goodness!!

Anyway still need to get down to 55kg so I am starting back on track.

Week 1 - N/A
Week 2 - 61kg

I wrote my weight at the end of week 1 in the week 1 section, but I'll put it here to just to go with the flow:

Week 1: 73.5kg
Week 2: 73kg

And wow Harper! What a monster week you had!

I could be doing it wrong, but I've been updating my ticker just by making a brand new one everytime...

Hi guys,

I've been naughty - yesterday I went out and had 2 cupps coffee with sugar and full-cream milk and a little slice of cake! :oops:

I'm going out to dinner to '2 Fat Indians' tomorrow night, so we'll see what I can eat (or what I restrcit myself to eating I should say!)

Week 1: 81.4kg
Week 2: 80.2kg - a loss of 1.2kg, still happy with that.

You can update your ticker the same way you created it by going back to that site updating and then repasting bbcode info in your profile. Tickerfactory site seems to remember me and I only have to change my current weight then repaste bbcode info but not sure how others work.
