Yes, you can mention names of what plan you follow. Everyone here is pretty much on different plans so I guess it is a case of finding what works best for you.
Week 1 is pretty much the beginning so we will see how we all progress over the weeks. There is also regular weekly group weigh ins along with monthly challenges so be sure to check them all out.
