Ok I'm going to start this too...i am new to this forum but sound like everyone else out there that needs a bit of motivation...just joined curves in our area and am loving it...want to develop a HEALTHY relationship with food....there really are noexcuses its all about common sense (easier said than done ) but i'm up for the challenge!
i was 106kg on 28th August so we'll start from there...

I have had a really good week, so I can't wait to weigh in. Liteneasy has been agreeing with me well and I haven't felt too hungry at all, just satisfied. I have only cheated once when I went out for our high school reunion and had 3-4 appetisers. I have also gone off all soft drinks, I think that will make a huge difference. I can't believe the weight some people have lost already, well done you are all going to be my inspiration.
I have a few questions
1. My ticker won't work. I have been going in profile and then cutting and pasting the URL into the last section of the profile. It says the URL contains no data. Can someone help me out here?
2. What day is weigh in day?

I have recently had my first baby and would like to lose weight to get back to pre-baby size and hopefully under.
cant help you with the url thing- have no idea about computers lol. it sounds like your programme is working well for you, keep up the great work. i havent had soft drink in about 4-5 weeks and i have noticed a huge difference!! i dont feel as boated anymore and i have noticed that my teeth are whiter from not drinking coke!
your weigh in day is the week after you last weighed in. my first weigh in was a wednesday so i weigh myself every wednesday and post the results here on the forum.
Now I could get this wrong but here goes...you need to be pasting in the code that says bbcode when you create your ticker. Hope that makes sense if not let me know. Dolly is the ticker guru so when she pops by if I have it wrong she'll help set you straight.
With the weigh in Kate is correct we all have different days for weighing in. Kate is Wednesday I am Friday for example. So just make a start and then the following week you post in the next weeks challenge which will be ready for posting in on Thursday night/Friday morning as this challenge started on a Friday.

Starting to exercise and build muscle
