Started 2nd week: 99kg waist measurement 108cm
3rd week 96.5kg waist measurement 106cm

Total loss 2.5kg and 2cm's

And I still can't paste my ticker in the Avatar the bbcode didn't work?? any ideas from anyone?

Hi Laura

The bbcode info goes in your signature not the avatar space.

Make sure you are picking up the bbcode info that shows under your ticker graph once created. The one above is the url. Does that make sense?

Oh dear... I weighed myself about 10 times this morning and this is what it kept saying. Either I am melting away at a very rapid rate, or there's something wrong with the scales :shock:

Ok I've pasted the bbcode into the signature so let's see if that works. What is the avatar for? Pictures? Man I have so much to learn lol

Week 1 - 80.9kg
Week 2 - 78.0kg
Week 3 - 77.5kg - but I went so well the first week??

Challenge goal - 70kg.

I think I need to revise my goal from 62 kg (11.5kg loss in 12 weeks) to 68kg (5.5kg loss in 12 weeks)

Slow progress but I am doing double the exercise and I start the portioning diet. I think there is a chance of me losing weight.
