Hey everyone, been missing in action for ages! lol. I got a new job and have to study again so ive been so crazy psycho busy lately and have let my diet and weight slip unfortunetely. I was starting to burn out abit with working full time and studying again so i dropped down to working 4 days a week and it has really helped with my stress levels. So its time to get back on the diet wagon again.
I have a wedding to go to in 7 weeks, so im doing a mini 6 week personal challenge to get started again and would like to lose 5kg by the wedding. This is my diet plan ive come up with:
Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal (bran & crunchola)
1/2 cup rice milk
1 Tbsp goji berries
30g fresh blueberries
200ml apple juice
Multivitamin & Calcium tablets
Lunch: 1 slice multigrain bread
1 Tbsp avocado
Sliced tomato
20 grapes
Dinner: 2 BBQ soy sausages
Salad (spinach, carrot, tomato & cucumber)
Snacks: 2 banana's and 1 of the following
- 2 scoops lemon sorbet
- 1 'aribar' (a vegan version of LCM's made with wholegrains)
- 1 soy yogurt
- 3 pieces of Mrs. Mays almond and cranberry crunch
Drinks: unlimited water and tea (usually have chai, peppermint & green tea's)
So this works out to be 1200-1300 calories per day, and most things are organic where available.
Exercise: walk the dog for an hour every day and try to get on the Wii Fit for 30mins a day.
So, thats the plan anyway. Wish me luck! lol. Ill try & post a few times a week on this thread of my progress.
