waaaay ahead of ya MJ

I havent baked the banana bread (or any cupcakes

) but packed lots of apples and bananas and some tine of tuna and I will have to pick up some low cal/healthy snacks from the store on the way!
Ok so weighed in EXACTLY the same as last week last night - 67.9..happy to weigh in the same after my binge eating but really focussed on getting it DOWN! We chatted and have decided I am retaining ALOT of fluid due to just not being able to put the water away! (I mean it is right here in front of me right now and the thought of drinking it is making me gag!!)
I did a spin class last night. Torture. It was the first class I have done in ages so that was tough, the hardest instructor took it. but heres the clincher - the AIR CON DIDNT WORK!!!! My goodness we were like puddles wearing clothes by the time it finished!!! I have never sweated that much and it didnt help I was wearing a grey t-shirt!!
ANyways so im feeling good about this week - I am not doing anywhere near as much exercise as usual as I am away for the weekend so I am going to focus my energies on my diet and make suer I eat what I should be
