Out ultimate goal is still 60 and WE WILL GET THERE!

my first confession is that i had a terrible breakfast...
sausage and egg muffin meal from mcdonalds. lunch brown rice and tuna. dinner... not sure yet. will be back to training! an hour of tkd tonight!
