70.4kgs this morning... I have noticed the detox adds more carbs today which I am happy about...I started to not feel too fantastic last night but as of this morning I feel great :)

Todays eating:

1/3 cup muesli with 1/2 cup skim milk
rockmelon, blueberries and strawberries
1 cup brown rice with a tin of tuna, celery, red onion and red capsium with sweet chilli sauce mixed through
walnuts and an apple
dinner will be some grilled chicken breast with steamed veges
lots of water and green tea today too mmmm

So that has me at 2.1kgs since Sunday, not too shabby. I understand it is all retained fluid but fluid or fat I am happy to have it out of my body for the time being! :P

It's been pretty do-able CZ!! I just needed that kick start and now I have broken through the 70kgs barrier that I hate oh so much I am feeling awesome!! I am a little bit peckish right now but the book also advocates gauging your "hunger" levels and only eating when you are an 8 out of 10. However it also recommends eating every 3-4 hours something nutritionally dense but as she says if your hunger doesnt have you contemplating an apple or a carrot then you just arent hungry enough

detox was a bit of an issue yesterday as I had a lunch for a family members special birthday. I had two glasses of champagne and a glass of white wine. Not ideal! I ordered a healthy salad with grilled prawns and said no to dessert. Then I also had a friends dinner out last night! I ordered the garden salad with a side of grilled chicken. I also drank soda water (two schooners) and 600ml bottle of water. Damage this morning?
70 flat. I gained 200gms but it would have been due to the salt in the meal out!
What am i doing today??
breaky - protein shake
mt - skim small fw
lunch - detox soup
at - watermelon, rockmelon, b/berries, p/apple
dinner - 100gm grilled chicken with grilled veges and salad :D

70.2kgs this morning. Very happy about that! Now that I am eating solid and good foods it will stabilise then hopefully I will start losing again! I hope to start a detox maybe once every 6-8 weeks! It seems to work wonders for me I feel fantastic. I guess you can call it calorie cycling? Other people would call it yo -yo dieting but for now I am going to do what makes me feel good :D

gym exercise starts again tonight after the injury exactly 6 weeks ago. I am going to attempt a spin class but just take it very easy - stay sitting and not put the resistance up too high just have a bit of a pedal for 40 mins 8)

72.2kgs this morning... :?
I dont really know what is going on. I did eat badly one nght this week and had dominos pizza but i have been eating really well apart from that one incident... It has been around 40 deg everyday this week though so I am assuming that has something to do with it. I am so ready for winter... :|
