quick update. i start a new program on monday but i havent been feeling the best both physically and mentally lately so i went to see my doc. had a blood test this morning for everything, glucose, liver function, thyroid etc etc. am interested to find out if the way i am feeling is entirely psychological or if there is medically something i can do about it!

Your diet for this week seems very sensible, I think I must try it as well. Good luck and I hope you will feel better soon.

Thanks Gutsy - it is matched to my current weight though so you may need more or less calories depending on your requirements :)

I ate pretty much to plan yesterday but had a few little rice cakes with weight watchers cream cheese and vegemite yum yum!

I only ate half the wrap at lunch I couldnt stomach tuna!!

about the same today - 69.6ishkgs.. (it fluctuates each time I step on the scales so I take an average  )
had a bit of soy sauce on my dinner last night...that always makes me retain a little fluid! Im feeling pretty fabulous this week though, with newfound energy and enthusiasm.
I went out walking for 35 minutes last night and walked to and from work (15 mins each way) so about a good hour of walking. going to try and do that every night!
I made a stir fry last night with 150gm prawns, green beans, zuccinni, brocolli, onion, chilli and garlic.. was delish! Then i had one of those diet choc mousse things. 8) felt very satisfied!
Sashimi dinner tonight - can't wait! :D
