My issue at the moment is the period before and after dinner. I am not sure what I can do to combat this. We only have health food in the house so it is TOAST. TOAST with olive oil spread... Man I cant get enough of the stuff - Usually 2 slices is all I will eat but it is enough for me to be putting on weight... I am going to record my daily eating and see if that helps:
Handful of dried fruit and raw nuts
2 instant coffees
2 cottage cheese "rissoles" homemade with walnuts and herbs through them...only little around 150cals
some chick and vege soup (small bowl)
dinner will be a prawn and chilli vege stifry with minimal basmati steamed rice.
how will i combat after dinner snacks?
I am going to try and go for a walk and do some housework. Since I have been injured I tend to find that I pretty much am on the lounge from 5pm - 9.30pm when i go to sleep! So not like me... gotta get my mojo back!
