ended up having a big wonton soup last night - not so many veges in it but it was delish - had those edamame beans as a side :)
69.9kgs this morning. That's ok - I have made positive changes and am back in the mindset!!!
Going away for the weekend but will make good choices :D

70.6kgs today...
Not very well today - I think the sudden change of weather has made me ill. Just a sinus infection but will have to get some antibiotics before it takes over!! Have a big weekend of eating coming up - two parties and they are both beginning at restaurants! Friday night will be easy as I can order a salad and I know the salads are yummy but Saturday night is a greek banquet - which i LOVE... I dont really FEEL like restricting myself though - so I am not going to drink, just soda water...good excuse is that I will be on antibiotics!! woot woot :lol:

71.1kgs.

My issue at the moment is the period before and after dinner. I am not sure what I can do to combat this. We only have health food in the house so it is TOAST. TOAST with olive oil spread... Man I cant get enough of the stuff - Usually 2 slices is all I will eat but it is enough for me to be putting on weight... I am going to record my daily eating and see if that helps:

Today:
Handful of dried fruit and raw nuts
2 instant coffees
2 cottage cheese "rissoles" homemade with walnuts and herbs through them...only little around 150cals
some chick and vege soup (small bowl)
a banana
dinner will be a prawn and chilli vege stifry with minimal basmati steamed rice.

how will i combat after dinner snacks?
I am going to try and go for a walk and do some housework. Since I have been injured I tend to find that I pretty much am on the lounge from 5pm - 9.30pm when i go to sleep! So not like me... gotta get my mojo back! :evil:

71.1kgs. :evil:

I started a detox again today. Going to try and pencil it in the diary every 6 weeks.. I tend to lose at least 2kgs doing a detox and I dont find it difficult. I quite enjoy the structure and I also really like how I feel after it!

70.4kgs this morning...

700gm loss in a day.

Detox is hard for the first day but onto day 2 now so i get to have a bit of yoghurt rather than just fruit and veges, it may sound unorthodox to the way I usually eat but a 5 day detox isnt too restrictive and there are plenty of studies to show they are beneficial. I find them beneficial and I guess thati s what is important!

So today is berries and yoghurt for breaky then fruit for MT, vege soup for lunch and fruit for arvo tea with some raw nuts and seeds...dinner is a generally healthy meal - i.e. tonight i will have fisha nd veges with some salad :D

Woke up with a nasty headache today though - think i need to drink more water today!!!!!

69.9kgs this morning.
Did ALOT of exercise last night so I am a bit exhausted today. I couldnt stick to the detox last night after the exercise I had to have some toast. Prob a little detrimental but I have no regrets I was so hungry and I prefer to listen to my body...
I finally feel like I have this exercise thing back and happening!

Today I feel a little bit drained.. woke up at 69.6kgs
