5 Week Challenge - 30 minutes of exercise everyday

I new to this site and my weight loss journey so I am starting small and simple.

Its my baby sister's 21st in 5 weeks time (the 28th of Nov). That is the next time I will see my family. They are all a bit concerned about my recent weight gain. So I would like to make a difference in my size my them. Everyone is at home is very supportive so I know their postive comments when they see a change will boost me along to keep going.

When ever i start a diet or lifestlye change I am always fairly good at the eating side of things but super slack on the exercise side. I push my self too hard for one day - get sore and then give up.

So this is my challenge - 30 minutes of exercise everyday till the party (along with my eating plan of course).

I started on Sunday - Wish me luck! :P

Well its week 2 and I am still giogn strong - still exercising EVERY day! I have never done this in my life before!
Today marks day 10. I am hoping to con my husband to come out for a walk later this evening (fingers crossed the rain stays away).

I don't feel any better yet. I'm hoping to feel better by day 20ish..... just gotta keep it up.

I have had to stop exercing this week. I'm sick with a nasty cold. I think I may have some fluid on my lungs So i'm laying low till my body heals. Hoping for a better week next week.

Monday---Saturday - I did no exercise due to my bad cold/flu thingy. So typical! I haven't been sick for months, then I decide to do my first exercise challenge in my life and I become pratically bedridden with a stupid cough!
