I thought it might be a good idea to see if I can lose weight every week, and also see how many consecutive weeks I can make. Others are welcome to join me, even some time after the thread has been started as there is no final date for this challenge.
My record is now 1 week - I have to re-start. I weigh the same. Last night weighed 108.5 today up 1.5kg. Did I eat too much? NO. Did I exercise lots? YES. Problem? Damn heat wave 37 degrees today I'm sure I am retaining fluid. Start Weight 110kg
