John I thanked you for starting this thread as i find it very motivating. I actually think, "I better not have that or I'll go over and muck up my new record." It doesn't stress me too much because i know if I stuff up I just start again.
largemummy I said, "Do weigh again - we make up our own rules and if it motivates you, do it."
If you do overdo it a bit, do some exercise to at least minimise the damage.
