You are so right largemummy. When I feel frustrated that I can't have something I remind myself of all the times I over ate. It is a bit sickening 'cause I earnt this fat. Another good week for all - this challenge is helping me to focus!

From now on I'll be weighing in on a Friday, which will give me some carbohydrate loss recovery time after Christmas day and my birthday before weigh in.

Hey i wrote a nice message Monday night but must have deleted instead of send coz it's missing.
John I thanked you for starting this thread as i find it very motivating. I actually think, "I better not have that or I'll go over and muck up my new record." It doesn't stress me too much because i know if I stuff up I just start again.
largemummy I said, "Do weigh again - we make up our own rules and if it motivates you, do it."

If you do overdo it a bit, do some exercise to at least minimise the damage.

Oh John. hope it goes better for you next week but at least you didn't put any on. What is your record run for weightloss weeks in a row?

Part of what I like about this challenge is that it fits the individual and where they are at. I doubt that I have ever lost weight for 6 weeks in a row so that makes you an Olympic athlete compared with me!

SW 26 Oct 112
W1 2 Nov 110 loss 2kg
SW 9 Nov 110  heatwave & water retention = no loss
W1 16 Nov 108 loss 2kg it cooled off in time for weigh-in  water retention
W2 23 Nov 107 loss 1kg
W3 30 Nov 106.5 loss 0.5kg
W4 7 Dec 104.5 loss 2kg I can hardly believe it

Partly I set the challenge to lose 2 kg this week to see if I have enough understanding of what I am doing but also enough self control to make it happen. Lots of exercise & being fairly sensible foodwise.

Good on you largemummy. Actually i think there is a mistake on you date chart it should be:
SW 9 Nov 126.8 kgs
W1 16 NOV is 126.2kgs [color=#00FF00]loss 0.6kgs
W2 23 NOV is 125.6kgs loss 0.6 kgs
SW 30 NOV is 126.3 GAIN
W1 1st DEC - 125.8kgs Loss 0.5kgs
W2 8th Dec 125.3Kgs Loss 0.5kgs
Now that looks better large mummy you are well on the way.
