thanks fireball,
i hadnt gotten back on till now to fix it up, when i tried to do it my 15 month old daughter was climbing and hitting buttons so it was a rushed one! she is currently watching hi 5 so tat i can have a play lol.

No Carley, there is no time limit on this challenge. I'm pleased that it's still going, usually my challenges that I've started fizzle out after a while.

SW 9 Nov 110 :evil: heatwave & water retention = no loss
W1 16 Nov 108 loss 2kg it cooled off in time for weigh-in :lol: water retention
W2 23 Nov 107 loss 1kg
W3 30 Nov 106.5 loss 0.5kg
W4 7 Dec 104.5 loss 2kg I can hardly believe it :mrgreen:
W5 14 Dec 104 loss 0.5kg

A dangerous week with the snack food - just got on track in time to have a loss. Phew

so my record so far is 6 wks. I am pleased with my record. Previously i had difficulty focusing for 7 days! Now planning for 2010 and my New Years resolution. I'll be sticking to this thread coz it's just what i needed. The focus being on consistency.

Hey Fireball Congratulations for managing six weeks! It's really hard, isn't it, especially around Christmas/New Year. You've done really well, equal to my own personal best years ago.
