I'm feeling really proud of myself! On Friday night, I went to my MIL's for dinner, we had a roast and boy did she load my plate.
I made my plan in my head, divide the food in half and only eat one half. I did this, and was completely full. I fed the other half to my baby.
And Saturday night, we went to a huge double party. Can you imagine the food that was there?
I stayed away from all food, which was hard because it was EVERYWHERE. Then dinner, so much food to pick from
I had 2 drumsticks, a garden salad with cheese (no dressing) 1 vegan cup cake and a handful of smarties. I think I did great considering all the food that was there. Everyone else complained how stuffed they were, or drunk, but I felt GREAT! Even had some people tell me it was okay to break my diet, but I didn't listen. Yay for willpower!
