julz, water weight is a very big one for me too. I hear the 4kgs in a few days! lost 1.5 over the weekend, put one back on in monday and teusday, and monday i set a 5km personal best and last night played netball again.. but i'm on the creatine and drinking loads of water, so I'm sure it's just waterweight

Start date: 12/8/2013
Highest - 144.8kg

Current - 141.3kg

Goal - 110kg

3.5kg lost

31.3kg to go

Down to 65.6kg - fluid gone!

Only 600g to go, but I doubt it's going to happen, as I'm still not well enough to exercise and I've got a celebratory dinner for our engagement on Friday, and an hen's night on Saturday...but, I shall do my best!

I am in the same boat...no loss! But still cm's lost so I guess that is the main thing.
TTOTM here so I know that will account for it but still, I hate not seeing those scale numbers drop!

Well Friday was nothing, but had to check today.

Had a family day at the movies, seen cloudy with a chance of meatballs. Had Maccas 4 lunch. Fillet of Fish med. but oldet stole most of the chips. So ya wanted to see the damage and well.

I lost a 1kg from fri till today!! :shock:

I know everyday it changes really but hey very happy anyways. I'll take it esp. after nothing fri and stayed the same from the week b4.

Breakfast: Apple, banana, kiwi fruit and watermelon
Lunch: Tuna, lettuce and cheese sandwich with apple

17 minutes cross training. My goal is 30 minutes of exercise a day.

Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

I know you can too...you should make an exercise goal for each month and a ticker, it really does help :)

Alright I still have 2kg to lose in a week hehe will see how close I can get. Quite happy considering I went away for the weekend (went and saw Britney Spears, I loved it!!) and ate not the greatest. I kept my portions small and did tons of walking so it seems that helped!
