Popping into see how you are going? Any luck on your plan? I'm still curious to what it is, any hints??? Please? :D

Points wise I'm doing great, most days I'm walking 30-40 minutes a day. I was actually quite proud of myself yesterday, I walked first thing in the morning at 6am so I could beat the heat, I didn't want a chance to make an excuse later on. I wish I could say the same today but we had to be out the door by 8am, have 2 adults ready and 2 kids, really not do able. :| I'm hoping I can walk tonight, I'd walk today but it is 38C here so not happening at all!!!

How much exercise have you done so far? I use it to try and tone up. I'm up to 200 minutes, only 200 minutes left for November...which I'm hoping to go over!

Hey you seem to be really going for it with the exercise, 1/4 through the month, and you've done half of what you wanted to do. That's pretty good. I'm not doing exercise, I doesn't work for me, plus I don't enjoy it. As for my "system", it's pretty simple really, just motivation for losing weight. I'll tell you what it is when I've lost weight for the longest period since 2001, about 4 1/2 months roughly.

Hey, good that you are still losing and lots of it by the looks of it. Thanks for telling me about the photos, there is such a change! How much more do you want to lose? As for me, I've stalled again. I need to stay at 100g of protein each day, then I'll be fine.

How are you going? I read your "feel like giving up" post, what triggered that? You seemed so positive about your loss so far.

John.

Hey, it's great that you're nearly at your November goal. I'm still losing quite a bit, although I'm challenging myself to lose 100g a day, using exercise if needed. It's good that we're both losing, although you must be near goal I think.

Hey, that's great! You are doing so great. I'm doing well at the moment too, 6 consecutive weeks of losses. The next one for me is a lifetime record.

How are you going? I'm still losing, although I went to a party last night, and over ate. Anyway, I messed up with a 1kg bag of peanuts. I ate them over about the last 10 days. It turns out that if you eat 1kg of peanuts then they can turn into 1.5kg of fat. I get them for work, I really need to buy much smaller bags of them.
