I'm getting there slowly, but the point is that I'm getting there right? I'm sitting on 76 kilos, I'm 1 kilo away from my original goal for 2009, I'm pushing it for 74 kilos. I've been thinking about my goals for 2010, do you have any in mind?
For the end of each month, my goals are:
January: 72 kilos
February: 70 kilos
Mach: 68 kilos
April: 66 kilos (holy crap that is my goal!)
So I'm hoping by the start of may I'm at my goal.
I love small goals.
