It's always nice having someone else work towards similar goals.
I started back with my running today. I did interval runs to test my foot out. So far so good. I've exercised each day since I started this and I feel good. I had my husbands work xmas party on friday and i drank soda water all night, had a salad before we went (good thing i did) as they only served finger food. Last night hubby wanted pizza for dinner. I made a big salad and only had half a slice so I'm proud as. I wasn't even tempted to have more than that. I'm so focused on this goal. I will achieve it.
