4 week challenge

With xmas & all those parties looming just around the corner i've decided to start a challenge to keep me accountable. I've look through the other challenges and none of them suited my need, so here i am creating my own challenge. Anyone whose interested is welcome to join me in my challenge.

The 4 week challenge stats:
Start date - 18/12/09
End date - 15/01/10

What i aim to achieve
- lose body fat
- work very hard to lose 4 kgs & cms

Start measurements:
Bust – 94cm
Waist – 76cm
Stomach – 86cm
L Arm – 32cm
L Thigh – 57cm

Weigh in day will be friday 25th (xmas so must be very very good)
To achieve my goal by end of Jan 2010 to fit into my dress

SW: 63.2kg
GW: 58kg

goals for the 4 weeks -
eat healthy
exercise 7 days a week
3 runs per week
3x full body weight workouts per week
drink plenty of water
feel good about myself
dont screw it up on Christmas!
2010 goal: get to 56-8kg and keep fit & healthy!

Starting Weight: 75

Goal Weight: 70

Mini goal: To exercise sessions each day

Calories: 1300

I have put 5 kilos on in the last 3 months. Had lost 25 kilos 3 years before, so Im getting worried.
Starting weight 76
Goal Weight 65
Current weight 76

1st goal: 72 final goal: 65
2nd goal: 68

Cool thanks for joining girls :mrgreen: It's always nice having someone else work towards similar goals.

I started back with my running today. I did interval runs to test my foot out. So far so good. I've exercised each day since I started this and I feel good. I had my husbands work xmas party on friday and i drank soda water all night, had a salad before we went (good thing i did) as they only served finger food. Last night hubby wanted pizza for dinner. I made a big salad and only had half a slice so I'm proud as. I wasn't even tempted to have more than that. I'm so focused on this goal. I will achieve it.
