My goal is to get back down to my 'bootcamp' weight of 68 kilos - perhaps even getting to 66.
I made it, then after getting married and taking it easy, I'm hovering around 74-75 (74.2 as of this morning).
I want to lose this weight so I have the best chance of falling pregnant (for any FB friends, please keep this to yourself!).
To do this, my goals are:
- to drink 2L of water a day
- work out 4 times a week (can incorporate netball, gym, pt, walking, riding, etc)
- eat what fuels my body and makes both min and body healthy!
- to learn how to say NO to food!
