Well have to say I'm out of this challenge.

Since the holidays I've put on 1.5 there's now way I can lose it plus the 2kg I was aiming for in 15 days.

But I will try!!!

Carly - why are you being 'cleaned out' (if that means what I think it means).

I'm not leaving, leaving. I just think with my holiday weight and that I doubt I'll reach the goal I was aiming for. But I'm not 1 to give up

Oooohhhh ok - just the way you said it sounded like you were gonna leave :( Made me sad... Yay for not giving up!!! YOU ROCK!

I weighed in today - lost another 1.4kg!!! Tres awesome :D I've only got 600g to get to my goal for this month, although I'm hoping for another 1.4kg to get me to my 10kg goal - that would be just awesome :D Will see how I go anyway - still have party week to get through at the end of the month!

Because the medication I have been on has made me very constipated, to the point it was only once every two weeks  I need to stop taking the medication because the constipation is only getting worse. But I need it

I had a great gym workout Thursday night :D

30 minutes jogging, 10 minutes rowing, 10 minutes cycling, 10 minutes cross training, and then 45 minutes of aqua aerobics

Today - 35 minutes of jogging then 10 minutes of cycling.

I can't believe I've done nearly 1000 minutes this month!!!

That sucks hun :( Is there any way that something like metamusil/benefibre would help at all? I have IBS and tend to get constipated a lot, and I find that the liquid fibre drinks help during those times, and also taking in a LOT more water. I hope the doctor didn't give you the same stuff that they give you before you have a colonoscopy - that stuff is HORRIBLE. Tastes like salty water, but is slightly better if you have it with lemon cordial.

That is the stuff he gave me  It wasn't too bad but man!!! The thyroxine is making me really constipated so he wants to see what happens when I'm not on it.

You may also want to regularly take Coloxyl (you can just get it over the counter) - it's a stool softener that they generally give to older people. Take a tablet every night before you go to bed, and you should be movin' like the 4th of July by next morning! Lol I'm sorry you had to go through the experience of pre-colonoscopy drink :p How long did you have to drink it for? Generally its like 2 days, and after the first half a day it gets to the point where you want to vomit when you smell it lol :p If you go off the thyroxine, what are the side effects that could happen? If he wants to take you off it, you'll probably need to be off it for a while to have any kind of effect right? Shouldn't he just find a substitute that doesn't give you constipation?

Down to 64.3kg after losing all that fluid retained during the hot weather. Feeling good about the food today, but a bit disappointed I didn't get my walk in due to adverse weather. Oh well, should be able to get in an hour each on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Joined an Anti-Binge challenge on the CK forum, and so far I have 12 days under my belt, I think it's really helping keep me on track.

Hope everyone is well. :D
