Even thought I'm exercising and eating between 1200-1500 calories I'm still having problems losing weight. Let's see how I go this weigh in, I deserve a good week.
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

Thank you for believing in me so much, it means a lot to me. I think some days we all need to take a step back and look what we have achieved and not at what we need to achieve :)

I had a good work out today at the gym. 60 minutes at 6.5kmph and 18 minutes of cycling. Look at my minutes, 1077 minutes for January, way to go me :D

It's okay to take it easy every now and then, you are still exercising, so do not worry :)

I'm going nuts....exercising my heart out but really not losing any weight!!

I'm playing netball, going to the gym and have a personal trainer once a week....on top of that, I'm really not eating that badly (well...I have my period at the moment so might have had a chocolate paddle pop as a treat yesterday and a little packet of toobs - only 150 cals - on Monday).

I must admit I feel better in myself - and hubby reckons my butt is shrinking :P

I just want the numbers to go down too!! AUGH!!!
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

Half a kg loss this week, not bad considering I did way too much partying last weekend!! If I didn't exercise as much this week I probably wouldn't of had any loss...I really need to easy up on the late weekend boozy nights!!!! I also had 2 days at a study lecture so for those 2 days I just sat there and all day and did nothing (well learnt stuff!) but defintely not as active as my usual days.

Already reached my goal for the month, 63.8kg, very happy with that! :D

Now hoping to be 63kg flat, or under before my birthday, 15th Feb.

It feels great to be at our monthly goal already doesn't it? :D

Everyone is doing so awesome!!

I know I shouldn't of but I reweighed myself this morning...I felt kind of heavy yesterday so I just wanted to double check and....I have actually lose a kg! In the 98's now...yes! And that means I have pretty much made my Jan goal also. This is lightest I have been in soooo long...can't believe it!

Wow! Everyone is really doing fantastically!! Keep up the great work ya'll :D

I weighed in today - and lost 1.9kg :shock: I am now down to 117.2kg - and official down a total of 10.5kg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *does crazy happy dance* I reached my January goal, but I think I will aim to lose another 500g this coming week - then it's on to February!!
Goal for 2010: Be at most 99.9kg by 31st December 2010
