hi guys im gunna have a go this month,
SW 124.8KG (3/2/10)
GW 122 ( hopefully 3/3/10)
im not aiming to high if i can achieve this i will be happy! i know Slow and steady wins the race in the end!!!

I think I'm still hovering around 69 kilos, lets see what happens Saturday. I'd love to be in the 68's :D

I retain a lot of fluid around ovulating, it happens every month. I lose 2 kilos quickly then nothing for a week or 2. I'm due for TTOM mid this month....joys.

A small loss but a loss none the less.

down -.300kg.

Takes me to having lost just a little over 10kgs now.........only by .1 but hey :lol:

YEAHHH!!! Good stuff!!! Meh....when I was under 100kg I screamed it from the roof tops (well not really lol) even though I was 99.7 barely scraping through!

I'm down to 69 kilos. I've lost 1.7 kilos this week. :)

I'm hoping for 68.5 kilos next weigh in :)

weigh in day...

I lost 3.5kg this past week!! yay!! :D i'm very happy with that, it's very motivating.

i walked 5 / 7 mornings and stuck to the shakes pretty well. Well on my way to reaching this month's goal.

Congrats to all you girls who have lost this week, no matter how big or small - a loss is a loss!!

I don't think I will lose anything for a tad. I'm sick, my girls are sick, I'm retaining fluid, TTOM is due mid this month. I'm craving cr!p!!! :?

Hi everyone! I'm joining this months challenge. I weighed in last Saturday at 118.8kg, 300g shy of my end-of-January-goal, but considering the HUGE amount of [email protected] I ate, it's really not a surprise that I put on 1.6kg in 2 weeks :oops:!! My goal for the end of this month is to get to my 10% goal of 114.9kg, which is a loss of 3.9kg. I'm really looking forward to it, because it means that I'll finally be closer to the 100's, instead of the 120's.

I got my eating back on track surprisingly quickly, but I just can't get up the motivation to exercise just yet :(

Everyone is doing so so so well, I can't wait to see this months results!! You're all FABULOUS!!

I've decided to go by the gym's scales. My scales are not reliable anymore, my weight goes from 62 to 78 kilos depending on how I stand on them. :evil:

The gym scales say 71.2 kilos. (taken weight off for clothes)

My goal for the month is to get into the 69's by them. :D
