I weighed in this morning - and found a loss of 2.9kg waiting for me!! I'm now 115.9kg - only 1kg shy of my end of February goal. Gotta say, I'm bloody STOKED! I hope everyone else is going fantastically - everyone seems to have disappeared a little lately...
Goal for 2010: Be at most 99.9kg by 31st December 2010

not really that happy with that considering i have been walking daily and doing the shakes... oh well just gotta think it's gonna be a good week this week!!

I'm still around 71.4 kilos, no gain or loss this week and I'm okay with that. :)

I'd love to see under 71 kilos next Monday but will take what I can get.

I'm so proud of myself. I couldn't sleep this morning, so I got up at 5:20am and went to the gym! I did 60 minutes of fast walking then 10 minutes of cycling...way to go me, no excuses for today :D

My bet would be that you are not consuming enough calories on this shake diet, your body thinks it's starving and doesn't want to let go of the fat!

I can see that most of you guys are doing very well. Well done to all those that have had great losses.

I feel more focused now and i have had a break through I hope to hit my February goal and carry on.

I had a loss of 1.2kg this week regardless of being a bit naughty in between esp. over the weekend.

This week Im hoping for a huuge loss so to achieve 95.8kg by the 28th.

I am currently 98.4kg
SW- 99.8kg
Feb GW 95.8kg I'll be happy with 96.8kg settlement (lol)
Happy weight - 78kg
Ultimate goal weight- 70kg

Woohoo I finally broke 72 kilos! I'm 71.3 kilos. :D That's my weigh in for this week :D

Bring on under 71 kilos for next week :D

At the gym I did 20 minutes cross training, 20 minutes cycling and 10 minutes power walking :D

Morning Girls,

weigh in day - i lost 2.6 kilos - woo hoo!!! i have smashed my goal for February, yay!!

hope all you girls have had a good week.

Czarina - thought about what you said that i'm probably not eating enough calories and you are probably right - i never have a snack and i think you are meant to have 2 per day, but i never find the time.... though i did the same thing this week, trying to eat a little more vegies / salad in my main meal for the day and probably uped my exercise a little, just walking longer thats all and lost - so who knows??

I am going back to contours this week too, so hopefully that will help with my muscle toning.

I will see how i go this week and then set my goal for March.

Hey all
I am slugging my way to my Feb goal. I dont really think Ill make it though. My Feb goal was 95.8kg and Im currently sitting @ 97.8kg. I hope to atleast achieve 96.8 which will still be good.

Last week I was 98.4kg
This week 97.8kg

Well done to all u gals for reaching your Feb Goal or close to your goal, as for me Slooooowly but surely!!!

Woohoo everyone!! Great stuff. I barely lost a kilo this month...bad me!!

Oh well a kilo lost is better than a kilo gained!! TTOM at the moment should be done and dusted by Monday in time for weigh in for a fresh month and a fresh goal! See you all in the March thread.
