Sarahm and I are setting up a new little challenge on here, and our goal is to reach 75kgs. If anyone else has the same goal in mind, please feel free to join us!
At the moment, I am currently 84.5kgs, so I have to lose 9.5kgs to reach our target. As a mini goal, I will aim for 81.5kgs by the end of February. 3kgs seems like a realistic loss in a month if I work hard, and also, 81.5kgs will mean that my BMI is "overweight" and not "obese".
