Week 2 - 78.0kg
Week 3 - 77.5kg
Week 4 - 76.0kg
Week 5 - 75.6kg
Week 6 - 75.4kg - not a good week for weight loss, very emotional time with both a funeral and a wedding.

I can't believe we are half way through the challenge! Time for me to step it up if I am going to reach my challenge goal of 70kg.

Have a good week everyone.

Week6 Weigh In

Postby FatGarfield » Fri Oct 06, 2006 11:14 am

Week1: 54.0
Week2: 54.0
Week3: 53.8
Week4: 53.8
Week5: 53.3
Week6: 53.0

Total Loss: 1 kilo (Please don't laugh at me...)
Loss to go: 3 kilos

For a long time, I have not been able to go down to anything less than 53.5. After I wrote to you guys and got some positive feedback to try out different things. So far so good. The next 7 days will be very important to me. Make or Break situation. Unconsciously I am hoping next time I see my mother, she wont call me fat-face...

I will keep drinking water and keep eating my green beans and soy-linseed bread...

Also as of yesterday, my family and I, we decided that we will not up-size our place (property purchase), so we will not need to go into 10-year financial burden, dont have to pay the frightening shocking ongoing weekly maintenance costs of $450p/w from the date of purchase till I die. BIG Relief but tough to finalize that decision...

You guys are wonderful !!!
