February's Exercise challenge

I thought we needed a different a challenge, not weight related but exercise related. I thought this would be good for the people maintaining and trying to lose weight. I know some of the ladies are getting frustrated with the scale, so I thought maybe refocusing our attention to something else would be good idea. Set yourself a goal for this month (maybe even make a ticker) and see if you can make it. My goal was 1000 minutes for this month, I have 160 minutes left. Good luck ladies and men.
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

I love the exercise goals Carley. I usually aim for the 1000 minutes also, I went over last month but I am a touch slow this month lol! I need to get crackin!

It's a great feeling updating the ticker and seeing how much you have done!

Today: 30 minutes of cross training completed woohoo :)

I love my ticker, its weekly so it makes me more accountable :D
Had my baby girl Leah on 13/12/10!

Weight at 40 weeks: 81.5kg
SW 4 days post-baby: 74.4kg
CW: 67kg

1st mini goal: 72kg - DONE!
2nd mini goal: 70kg - DONE!
3rd mini goal: 67kg - DONE!

4th mini goal: 64kg

Woohoo I did 4kms in 30 minutes today. :D Then 5 minutes of cycling (I had an appointment so I had to leave :? ) But I was jogging/walking fast and loved it. :D

40 minutes of jogging and 10 minutes of cycling :)
