Today at the gym I did

60 minutes of cross training (11.5kms and 560 calories burned woohoo :D :D :D )
15 minutes of walking (cool down at 5.6kmph)

So far for March I have done 365 minutes, not too bad!!!
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

Yay I did 30 minutes of cycling and now up to 495 minutes. Bring on 600 minutes! :D

Your a machine!!!

My exercise is slipping, so busy with Appt's.

Had and ECG in order to get ready for my OP in a few weeks, and something came back about my heart. I have a partial right bundle blockage. Dr says nothing to worry about. But still havin the ECHO tomorrow then a stress test Fri.

So needless to say my head is elsewhere, but at least I get 30mins a day in.

Im now sitting @ 96.6kg and my goal weight for March is anything that has a 93... could be 93.9 for all I care I just want 93 something end of March... Please smile on me March... And scales please please be friendly... :)

10 minutes jogging

brings me to 705 minutes for March...bring on 1000 minutes. :D
