30 minutes of jogging today
5 minutes of cross training

brings me to 740 minutes
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

I tried jogging @ the gym on treadmill gee 5 mins was enough for me and the rest was just brisk-walking... I hope 1 day I'd be able to jog 30 mins straight up... Do you jog on treadmill or the street-jog...

I use a treadmill

I am new to running and still suck at it.

Try a minute jogging, two minutes walking, two minutes jogging, two minutes walking, two minutes jogging, one minute walking etc.

Sassy you should check out the C25K program, google it. It will set you up with a running program to get you running 5kms. Brilliant for beginners! I have been doing it and it is great!

Well everyone I finally have lost 20kg, woohoo! I still have almost double that STILL to lose ( :( ) but I am getting closer.

I so want to see a 93 on the scales at the end of the month!

Thanks a mil your tips seems to be practical and definately worth a try. You are a star... :) that 5 mins run I had the other day came a shock... I walked so tall after that coz I felt like I have done something huuuge!!! Thats how happy I was... I can run on land but I have always sucked on the treadmill.

Oh thanks Happygirl I have googled C25K and will go through the whole thing and hope their programme will help me, infact I know it will help me, if I put my mind to something I get. Ohh and what's that sad face for??? 8) You have achieved so much already which means you have the persistance and the drive to stick to it... 20kg is a lot, if you have done it this far the rest is definately doable as well... Again Well done hun!!!

Saturday was 30 minutes of caycling
and today was 55 minutes of cycling

brings me to 795 minutes :)

15 minutes of running (my best EVER!!!!)
30 minutes of cycling
15 minutes of walking

Brings me to 825 minutes for March.

Well done Carley you are on fire!!!

1kg lost this week which puts me on 95.6kg :roll: been down this road before I hope I pass through this 10kg loss mark, scrap that I will pass through it and loose another 10kg and another 10kg and then maybe 5kg lol... :lol: Seems I might just reach my March goal of 93.8kg... ***holding thumbs***
