Focus on your music, I like to run one song, then walk or run for two songs etc.

Well everyone I finally have lost 20kg, woohoo! I still have almost double that STILL to lose ( ) but I am getting closer.
I so want to see a 93 on the scales at the end of the month!

1kg lost this week which puts me on 95.6kg been down this road before I hope I pass through this 10kg loss mark, scrap that I will pass through it and loose another 10kg and another 10kg and then maybe 5kg lol... Seems I might just reach my March goal of 93.8kg... ***holding thumbs***
