I completely agree with you, I'm exercising mostly 5 times a week for 30-60 minutes a day, which is hard cardio. I've been running which I love and it is hard but still do it because it will get easier.

My diet is great, I'm eating a lot of foods high in fibre, a lot of fresh foods. My calories are always under 1500 calories.

I feel great, I look good, at the end of the day that is all that matters.

The weight will move soon, just a matter of time.

I started the Optifast Wed, so am skipping my weigh in day and looking Wed as it will be a week on the stuff.

Thank goodness tho it's just for the OP, I wouldn't normally loose this way.

I have a thread going about it.....

but it's hard/ but not really.

I am on 3 opti's a day with 2 cups of veggies. I can say tho that b/c I was mentaly prepared for this before I began and knew what to expect made it easier.

I have had dry mouth, headaches, a bit restless at night only done 3 days so far but these things are fading as they are supposed to.

TBH I couldn't do it tho if it was just for weightloss. Like if this was my way to shed, nope. I like eating. And this doesn't teach anything. The only thing is I am doing it as per Dr's order's so makes me determined to finish it. I just have to be smart with what I eat aftewrds as I don't want to put anything on again, esp after healing up as well and a bit imobile.

Well see how the weight loss goes, I think thats what hooks ppl in. Wed we'll see how much I loose ina week

Wow Aylilth that is absolutely amazing and if you stick to eating right and exercising I see no need to worry bout putting the weight back on... I would not mind loosing that much in a week  .... so happy for you, if you stick to it soon you'll be @ your goal weight...

I am down to 94.4kg this week and have 1.4kg to loose to reach my goal for March... ***holding thumbs*** I can almost see 80something on the scale, seriously cant wait for that day, thats for end of April though, for now 93 is the number Im looking for... :)

Till then good luck to all :)
