Sorry to hear about your back
I hope you feel better soon! Yum a cup of hot chocolate would make a nice treat on a freezing cold day when i need a chocolate hit!
Today i had my lunch for breakfast, i like to change things around a bit because i don't want to get sooo bored that i give up. I had a panini bread roll - it's like the size of half a subway and it's the same shape - maybe wider. I get them from coles in the fresh baked section, 2 in a packet for a couple of dollars. It doesn't say the calories but i assume it is rather high, so i don't have them too often. I cut it in half long ways, toast in the toaster (I have to toast one end at a time because it's long)... then i add smashed up avocado to either side instead of marg, tomato, olives, sprouts, cottage cheese... or whatever i feel like. It's soooo filling and i feel like i have just eaten subway.
It helps me to get that full satisfied feeling from time to time. I really enjoy my home made subway! lol
Now for lunch i will be having a shake. Blueberries or a banana in skim milk, in the blender, with some vanilla essence.
I try to eat my largest meal at either breakfast or lunch.
For dinner i might have a pumpkin soup if i can manage to cook it myself.
