Hey YR

I'm still here lol. When i'm being blah about my healthy eating, everyone around me gets slack and stops hiding their food. They must think i'm just going to quit like i always do.

Yesterday i ate:
1 apple
1 wholemeal pita bread, 95g tomato onion tuna, avocado, tomato, salt, pepper
FRESH JUICE - apples, orange, kiwi fruit, celery, cucumber, beetroot, carrot
bean and potato curry with sour cream, 1 slice wholemeal bread with marg
choc honeycomb muesli bar
glass of coke
20 almonds
1 cup of coke
1 smirnoff black can (found that in the fridge)
potato chips and coke (trying to get rid of the 1.2litre bottle i bought)

Notice the end of my day? crap!!! On the pita pizzas the only really bad thing is the cheese i use. I have a pizza maker and it makes the pita base so crunchy and yum. I'm going to try and use very little cheese when i have them. I only have a couple of pita breads left, once i use them up i won't buy them again for a while. (Again with the waste thing).

I really liked my bean and potato curry! I had the leftovers for breakfast.... but i only just ate breakfast because i slept in lol. I can't believe you leave for Europe in like 8 days? 7 days? How long are you going for? You know while you are over there i don't think you should be freaking out about food, enjoy yourself and try what they have to offer... because who knows when you will get that opportunity again, plus you will probably be moving around a lot and that might help burn some cals.

Imagine how good you will feel when exams are over?!!! What a relief! You are doing so well. Don't let the stress get you, you are obviously a smart girl and i have no doubt you will blitz all your exams!

Breaking news.. almost forgot! I WENT FOR A 10 MINUTE WALK! lol.. and i almost died. I walked as fast as i could and by the end i was wheezing with asthma. Hope it burnt some fat lol

PS: You didn't eat a lot yesterday, especially since you got up at 5:30! My bean and potato curry had a million chat potatoes in it, but i don't really care because i know it was healthier than me going to KFC.

Quiches are tiny, i used to eat at least half or a full one, it says that it's meant to serve 6 but i only cut it into 4 slices and i could easily eat 2 slices... then come back a couple of hours later, or the next morning and eat the rest. I did the same with pizza.

Yesterday i ate:

1 multivitamin
Potato and bean curry
2 pieces white loaf bread, avocado, tomato, pepper, salt, 95g can of 98% fat free tomato tuna
1 Anzac cookie
Juice- kiwi fruit, orange, carrot, apples, beetroot, celery, cucumber
bean and potato curry, 1 toasted wholemeal pita bread, marg, sour cream
1 large glass coke - coke is all gone now lol
1 anzac cookie
potato chips
about 4 pieces of beef out of casserole
piece of cheddar cheese
half a carrot
strong cup of green tea

I did a 10 minute walk too. :D

Not that good but not that bad either lol

Hey FFS,

I will be WI tomorrow. I forgot yesterday and this morning :s So weird! I've been so busy, the days are just kinda melting into one. I can't even remember what I've eaten today, I've just been studying all day. 9 hours straight so far, and still have more to do! I weighed myself at night a couple of days ago, and it was SCARY. Like SCARY! I weighed more than my original starting weight... I'm hoping that whatever I weigh in the morning, its less than that!

FFS, you are doing great :) I cant wait til these exams are over so that I can really start focusing. Even when I'm in Europe I plan on trying to eat properly a lot of the time. Might be easier when I'm by myself.

Ok, have to go. Still need to do so much! Won't be going to bed for a long time!

Hope you are doing ok! :D

I weighed in today and OMG i had a loss. So happy to get any kind of loss after my crappy couple of weeks. I lost 1.2kg, now i'm 110kg. I just need to lose another 1kg and i will be at my first goal of losing 10% of my start weight!

I really can't wait to be out of the 100's.

YR you have so much going on right now, don't be upset if you haven't had a loss. Once things calm down for you, you will be able to get back into it. Just don't give up!

:) You must be nearly ready for Europe now?

Hey FFS,

Wow what an awesome loss! :D I'm so proud of you! I keep forgetting to weigh myself :( I wake up in the morning and just sit down and start to study, and before I think about it, I've eaten breakfast. I had such a stressful day today that I ate sooo much food (and so much crap!). I don't know what I'm going to do about weighing in while I'm overseas. I'll have to look for a chemist or something with a set of scales... I dunno.

I'm really really really trying to make a commitment to eating properly, but it just seems to be going down the crapper :( I really don't know what to do. I need to make a plan for myself or something. I dunno. I'll figure it out!

Hey FFS,

Well I finally weighed myself this morning! I am now 126.2kg... :( I don't even know how much I've gained. I'm so stressed now that I can't keep down anything I eat :( So maybe that will help with getting off some weight lol!

Don't be stressed you will do great in your exams / trip to europe. Make sure you eat because you need your energy right now! The weight loss can come later. Hope you feel better soon .. massive hugs!! :D :D

Good morning FFS! I post to you from the sunny Netherlands!

I have been doing pretty well since I've gotten to Europe. I'm walking a LOT, just through sheer opportunity, and I'm pretty sure I'm eating a lot less. I have noticed a difference in my face shape, so I think I'm losing weight, but I can't be sure as I don't have access to scales over here. I'll see if I can find some somewhere though, so that I can give you an official update on myself.

I hope everything is going well with you, and that you're staying on track. Remember: WE CAN DO THIS. No matter how hard things get, no matter who says we cant - as long as we stay positive, and believe in ourselves, we can do it!

I'm off for now. I have to rush to the supermarket before it closes. I'm staying in a tiny little town and they like stuff to close early!

Hey hunny,

I hope you're doing well! I got back from Europe a few days ago. I weighed myself when I woke up this morning and I am 123.5kg, so definitely have lost some weight! I plan on continuing, trust me :) I've basically just been eating whatever, just stopped eating so much of it, and been exercising a lot - I hope I can continue that! :) I will definitely need to start some form of exercising routine. My uni schedule this semester is pretty good, allows for a lot of day time stuff freedom. I might be finding a job soon, I'm not really sure. I'd like to lose a bit of weight before I start working, just so that I can feel more confident in myself before going for an interview. There were a LOT of pics of myself taken over the course of Europe, and seeing those pictures has just made me sooo much more determined to lose weight, coz they were taken from some REALLY BAD ANGLES!!! I didnt realise I was THAT fat. Ugh.

So... LETS DOOOO ITTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
