I'm still here lol. When i'm being blah about my healthy eating, everyone around me gets slack and stops hiding their food. They must think i'm just going to quit like i always do.
Yesterday i ate:
1 wholemeal pita bread, 95g tomato onion tuna, avocado, tomato, salt, pepper
FRESH JUICE - apples, orange, kiwi fruit, celery, cucumber, beetroot, carrot
bean and potato curry with sour cream, 1 slice wholemeal bread with marg
choc honeycomb muesli bar
glass of coke
1 cup of coke
1 smirnoff black can (found that in the fridge)
potato chips and coke (trying to get rid of the 1.2litre bottle i bought)
Notice the end of my day? crap!!! On the pita pizzas the only really bad thing is the cheese i use. I have a pizza maker and it makes the pita base so crunchy and yum. I'm going to try and use very little cheese when i have them. I only have a couple of pita breads left, once i use them up i won't buy them again for a while. (Again with the waste thing).
I really liked my bean and potato curry! I had the leftovers for breakfast.... but i only just ate breakfast because i slept in lol. I can't believe you leave for Europe in like 8 days? 7 days? How long are you going for? You know while you are over there i don't think you should be freaking out about food, enjoy yourself and try what they have to offer... because who knows when you will get that opportunity again, plus you will probably be moving around a lot and that might help burn some cals.
Imagine how good you will feel when exams are over?!!! What a relief! You are doing so well. Don't let the stress get you, you are obviously a smart girl and i have no doubt you will blitz all your exams!
Breaking news.. almost forgot! I WENT FOR A 10 MINUTE WALK! lol.. and i almost died. I walked as fast as i could and by the end i was wheezing with asthma. Hope it burnt some fat lol
.. I can't wait until we are like 6 months into our journey.
PS: You didn't eat a lot yesterday, especially since you got up at 5:30! My bean and potato curry had a million chat potatoes in it, but i don't really care because i know it was healthier than me going to KFC.
Quiches are tiny, i used to eat at least half or a full one, it says that it's meant to serve 6 but i only cut it into 4 slices and i could easily eat 2 slices... then come back a couple of hours later, or the next morning and eat the rest. I did the same with pizza.
