I've never done a successful push up, nor have I ever done a sit up properly. Time for a change.
Enter the 100 Push Up Challenge and the 200 Sit Up Challenge
Just completed my initial test for the 200 sit ups - appalling at only suceeding 20 sit ups before giving in to the shuddering pain. Push ups I managed an equally pathetic 11 before I couldn't lift myself.
