my starting weight is: 64.3kg
im commiting myself to 300min of exercise per week
id like to loose 7kg in 6 weeks (now before you all start
i like to aim high so i push myself, im not going to cry a river if i dont loose that much!)
im going to put a little exercise ticker on my sig to indicate how much i have done.
