Stupid question, who's team am I on? :lol:

I did 90 minutes of walking today, I think I did nearly 8kms walking :D

:) I lost 500grams this week. Bugger was hoping for 1kg lol

SW: 121.3kg - 20/04/2010
First Goal: 109 kilos (Losing 10% of my body weight)
Second Goal: 99 kilos (Getting out of triple digits)
Third goal: 85 kilos (Getting back to a weight where i felt more like ME)
Ultimate long term goal: 60 kilos (Losing half of my start weight)

I agree with Carley - 500gms is great! And it takes you into the 10's instead of the 110's - that is awesome!

Love what you're doing guys! It's more motivational when you do your exercises with others....Good luck everyone! I've sort of set a target exercise of 60mins on the treadmill a day which would be about 420mins a week. I don't do it all in one go but leave the stats on the treadmill and do about 20-30 mins at a time. I especially find that doing exercise first thing in the morning sets you up for a great day. Anyway hope you all reach your goals.... :D

Hey FFS you are doing great 500 gram is fantastic. Carley you are killing it with the exercise maaaan!!! Good news is I have lost yet another kilo which puts me to the 80's ohhhh about time!!! How long I been longing for the 80's!!! As of yesterday afternoon I weighed at 89.00kg!!! Yaaaay!!! :D

If I was not on this challenge I am almost certain that I would not have gone for my exercise yesterday but I did coz I had to make up my minutes even from last week so I had to go. I did not do much yesterday only 45mins 30mins cardio and 15 weights and abs... I was really really tired I had a long night on Sunday. So thanks to this challenge I am in check! and the weight is coming down with is the upside of this!!! Ill update just now :)

yep i agree, i dont want to let anyone down here!
i think we should start giving ourselves a weekly weight loss goal as well for next week. we've had two weeks to get in the swing of exercising, i think we should have another aim.
but if everyone is just happy to just aim for their exercising goals than im cool with that.
just thought maybe we should up the bar a little? hmm?? :D
