You have had stunning results! I am afraid that I have not had the same type of results. I had a bit of a crisis that caused me to get off track once again. I just started jogging again, 4 kilos Friday 11 July and then 6 kilos the Saturday, but then Mom in law had a stroke on Saturday afternoon, about 3 months after Dad in law died, after a heart attack. Needless to say, the whole family was in turmoil and suddenly exercising and dieting was the last things on my mind.
Luckily MIL have recovered quite a bit, so thing are going better, I started in all earnest again on Monday and so far so good. I have upped my protein intake in an attempt to crave less sugary carbs. So far it is working, lets see. If have also done some exercise, my whole body is sore today from doing weights on Monday and I intend to go jogging as soon as I get home from work.
