17 weeks to a new body

Postby madana » Wed Jul 28, 2010 4:30 pm

Hi Guys,

This is my first post here. I was wondering if anyone else wanted a challenge to keep them motivated.

I am currently 107kg, and my plan is to lose between 1.5-2.0kg a week.

My weight has been up and down since I was a teenager. I can't do this anymore. I hate seeing myself and only seeing the fat bits that I don't like. I am 22 and I deserve better.

I am planning a trip to Greece in mid November, and my goal is to be 80kg.

Who is with me?

Firstly congrats on taking the first step! I've been in a similar situation as you, my weight going up and down constantly and feeling generally unhappy with who I was. I have lots of info on my blog if you care to check it out? I'll be looking forward to seeing your progress! :-D

Good luck!

Hi Guys,

All sounds wonderful. I have lost 3kgs so far, and have really begun to feel it in these last couple of days. I joined a gym, and have been going most days (I've never been a member before, just done a session here and there) I really enjoy my time at the gym its like my "selfish" time. Greece here we come!

How is everyone else going?

Cheers,

Madana

I finally broke through my weight loss plateau (by increasing my dairy intake! Check my blog for info!) so I am happy as a pig in mud at the moment! Training sessions are going well and I'm working hard at getting my very own bikini body!

Woo hoo on your weight loss! Yay!

Hi Everyone,

Getting there, everything has been really hectic. I am down to 101.9kg which is really exciting. I am trying to find something to do or get as a reward when I hit the 90's.

Any ideas would be wonderful,

Madana

Maybe a massage or a facial or a new hair-do :D
