Hi there,

So sorry I have not replied or posted another weigh in for 2 weeks now. Have been extremely busy with my mother visiting for 3 weeks as well as my sister with her 2 little boys staying here until January....just not enough hours in the day. I haven't even gotten onto the scales in the last 2 weeks (since last weigh-in) as I have been too busy as well as bit scared..

However, thought I would let you all know I have not disappeared from the planet and will soon return, as soon as my life is back into some sort of routine!

Guys! Where is everyone???
We've all given up!

I'm still plateauing on 74.6kgs. So maintaining that weight but not losing any more. I have been eating well but need to kick my butt to get out and exercise. The rain the last few weeks hasn't helped. I must do some Zumba inside if it's raining.

WANT to get down to 70kg by Christmas. So that's 2 months to lose 4.6kgs. I can easily do that, I just need to get off my ass and do something.

Help me out guys- just needing that kick and that boost.

I've turned into my lazy self again :(

Still been a little lazy but had a nice 4km walk yesterday.
Eating has been fairly good. A few treats but in moderation. :)

Am down to 74.0kg today! :)

Hi

I would like to join in if I can. I have lost 9.4kg in 11 weeks but am not moving too much weight wise lately.

I have to up the intensity of the exercise and only eat when I am hungry.

Hope everyone else is going good! :D

You sure can join in Oilburner.
However, surely it's not good to just eat when hungry. You need to eat enough during the day to keep your metabolism up and calorie intake to it's recommended level.
Don't starve yourself- because once you reach your goal weight. If you start eating normally again, the weight is just going to pile on!

I've been trying to maintain my weight well. Minimal exercise happening but trying to get it in when I can.

Down to 73.6kg today. :0

Good on you for losing a bit more. Your weight is so close to mine, I weighed 73.3 this morning!

I don't starve myself, have a habit of over eating so thought it makes sense to listen to my body figuring it will tell me when it needs food. :D

Been doing the couch to 5km program so off to do week 7 now.
