Starting Sat., Sept. 25, 2010 I will be on a Healthy Coffee Diet. This is my plan.

morning: oatmeal with mixed berries, orange juice
drink lattee (healthy beverage)

15 minute exercise workout, walk or dance routine (cupid shuffle)

lunch: garden salad, light ranch
yogurt with sliced apples and walnuts
drink mocha or chocolate (healthy beverage)

supper: grilled, broiled, or baked chicken
green beans
or
tuna salad with celery sticks
drink green tea (healthy beverage)

30 minute workout, walk or dance routine

*beverages will be consumed 30 minutes before each meal
*45 minutes of activity each day plus crunches
