Hi! I am just at the start of my desire to lose some weight, and I have 15kg to lose - at least!
Is anyone else in the early stages - i.e. unfit, hasn't really got into the groove yet, feeling a bit tentative about starting?
If so, do you want to join me and we'll devise some sort of goal? I have no idea how much weight I'll be able to lose, but company would be nice
