wow you are doing so well! I am terrified of the last 10Kg let alone the last couple! I only lost 200 grams last week eventhough I did HEAPS of exercise
I think I am set to lose only a few grams this week as well
I need to change things up which is why I have picked the challenges that I have...everyone I talk to seems to say the same tips on weight loss
* just drink water or herbal teas
* drink at least 2 L of water
* dont eat after 7/particularly dessert
*dont eat white things and processed things
*avoid or dont eat sugar...even natural sugar
* dont snack
So I am going to do all of these one week at a time. It like a mini 6 week challenge for myself and a little experiement...should be interesting to see if the weight comes off.
