Its funny you should mention that becaue I had a day off on Tuesday...ate fine, didn't sit on my bum all day and gained 1Kg...I have lost a bit of that but not much...so now I am 400 grams off my goal for the end of the month :roll:

The thing is I dont eat really badly or stop exercising for some reason...no reason at all the weight just comes back on :evil:
I am starting to think I am going to be this weight forever!

well I seem to have come to a standstill at 79.5 - I'm not sure really what's happening, but I'm going to experiment with increasing my calorie intake by about 200 cals so my net calories doesn't get too low - I know the issue isn't that I need to reduce more, as I've been on about 1000-1200 net calories a day after exercise all month. Hopefully that will rev up my metabolism a bit.

well, I won't lose 1.5kg in 2 days, so I didn't quite make my October goal :( but I'll keep going ...

Could be...I will have to start recording my body fat reading on the scales and not just the weight...I would do measurments but I cant find my tape measure.

I havn't gotten around to counting my calories to see if I am getting enough...I should be having 1782 to maintain my current weight...so I need to be less then that. If I get time I will try and count them up.

I dont know what the issue is...I dont think it is what I eat or how I exercise...

well if your pants are getting looser, your loosing weight!
also id buy a tape measure and measure yourself after every month.
i weigh myself in the morning (after toilet) naked and thats what i go off. sorry about the graphic!
really want to go for a run today, but if i dont ill go for one tomorrow morning.
gotta spend more time with the boy!
oh and koto bird thats probably the best idea. i think i eat about 1300 cal per day, but it fluxuates.
