I'd love a buddy too... I'm 23 and about 81kg. I've been on my health kick for just over two weeks and starting to feel good
I'm using calorie king to count calories and basically re-train myself on the foods I can eat - certainly learning where all my weight has come from! I'm also doing 45 mins of exercise at least 5 times a week - but heaps of variety so I don't get bored with it all.
I'm 165cm tall and my goal weight is 67kg - so a loss of 14kg.
What are you guys doing to keep track of your diet? Are you exercising?
