*EOI* New challenge for all the "losers" between 18 - 25

Postby mitchymitch » Wed Oct 20, 2010 2:17 pm

Hey everyone, I understand this is my first post but i have been a lurker for a while now and have decided that there are some good ideas which have come out of these challenge forums.

Its up in the air at the moment but what i would like to do is make a database of people between 18 and 25 ( im sorry if your older but if this trial works then we can try a larger demographic) with information containing age, gender, diet etc. and match everyone up with a buddy of similar stats (weight, goals, timeframes) so we are all liable to eachother, so it dosent matter if you 50kgs or 150kgs im sure there will be someone in a similar boat as yourself
Please post whats on your mind and ideas as this will our challenge
I will make a spreadsheet and application type form tonight when i finish work and post it tonight or tomorrow

Thanks Guys

this sounds like fun - sign me up!

I am 21, currently 75kg (have lost 1kg since joining - woop lol), female, 161cms, diet?? (umm - nothing specific, focusing on eating less and eating healthy??) - aiming for sub 70 initially, long term 60 would be amazing :)

ideas for your challenge?? sounds like a good idea - if you get a few signing up im sure this thread will take off with everyone paired up hopefully! Doesnt need to be too complex - just good old fashioned competition and support between people in comparable situations :P

i'm turning 23 in 5 days.. currently at around 71kg or so (haven't jumped on the scales.. too scared), female, diet.. hmm.. trying to eat healthier but I am going to a naturopath this Thursday for an initial consultation to see if i can get any help to lose weight and be healthy.

goal weight.. hopefully around the 50-55kg mark and a toned body..

Hi... looks like its been awhile since the last legitimate post.

bjam & Midnight87 - sounds like we're on a similar boat!

Female
age 22
weight: 75kg
Diet - on lite n easy at the moment - doing my 3rd week now. lost 2.8kgs so far.
exercise- gym 3-4 times per week.

Im going away in 3 weeks, so thats my motivation for now, but long term goal is 60-63kgs and HAPPY!

Mitchymitch great idea---

Cheers

NLB - where are you going? Sounds like you are going really well with the diet and exercise!

I have been eating alright but barely left my room during exams and moving house so just signed up to the gym in my new town and looking forward to getting some fitness back!

How is everyone else going??
