November Challenge

Its almost time for the November Challenge!!

You all have till 1st November to sign up. You can still join in if your late, but its always a lot more modivating if a bunch join up in advance.

Just leave a post to say your 'in' and leave the goals till Nov 1 or just before so we all know what weight we are at and how much we aim to loose. also lets try something different and put forward a non-weight related goal!

mine is to get into the habit of eating healthy all the time!

I'm in too! Obviously cant have a weight loss goal, but there's still a bit i can do :D

So pretty much 2 goals:

1. Eat MORE - i'm not eating enough at the moment. Oh, and of course eat good, nutritional stuff. I also need to get my iron up, its pretty low and i'm going to need it for labour.

2. Now that i'm in the home stretch, lots and lots of walking. I'm thinking of also yoga and swimming too. I need to aim for a good 1hr a day minimum. Cant wait for my maternity leave in mid Nov!
Had my baby girl Leah on 13/12/10!

Weight at 40 weeks: 81.5kg
SW 4 days post-baby: 74.4kg
CW: 67kg

1st mini goal: 72kg - DONE!
2nd mini goal: 70kg - DONE!
3rd mini goal: 67kg - DONE!

4th mini goal: 64kg

will wait and see how im going on nov 1 for a weight goal (that should be interesting... i have had the WORST day for eating... awkward...) but my other goal shall be to walk the dog each morning - she will be happy also!

Non weight related goal might be to continue the healthy eating when I'm away on holiday for a week in the middle of November!

Two goals that I would like to achieve by the end of November are:
1. To weigh 60kg
2. To walk 200km (around 50km per week).
Start weight (01/11/2010): 63.6kg
Current weight: 59.5kg
Goal weight (by 01/02/2011): 55.0kg

me too!

After October, I've realised that maybe my loss won't be as much as I thought, and I'm just going to do things sensibly and slowly, so I reckon I'll aim to be 75kg by the end of November. Any more is a bonus!

My non-weight loss related goals are to get my vegetable quotient in every day and drink 1.5-2L water every day. I know this helps with weight loss, but for me, these are the lifestyle things I get lazy with, and I want to make sure my body is getting everything it needs.

I'll post my starting weight on Monday.

wow 200km! you should work out what town you would reach if you walked 200km non stop from your house, so by the end of the month you can say you've walked all the way to .....!

i agree with you koto bird i think even though id like to loose 4 kilos next month it might be more like 2-3kg. at least if i loose it slow i know its permanent!

I have decided that the non-stop walk will be from Sydney to the Jenolan Caves (via the winding roads) :)
