Hey all

Carly you are going great guns! keep it up...I am sure you will get to 66.5 Kg by Saturday!!!

e&me it is so hard t get motivated with the exercise sometimes...is there any exercise in your routine that you really like?

As for me...been going okay...weigh in today at 66.5 Kg - only 1 Kg off my target weight before I change the way I am going to do things...and I am only 1 Kg off what my goal was for the end of this month...hmmm what maybe I will have to re set a new goal...mayvbe just to maintain it :)

As for my non weightloss goal, I am already not having no coffee, soft drink, cordial, or juice (only herbal tea and water), drinking at least 2.25L of water per day, no snacking except (fruit/veg/nuts/light dips and cheese along with empower wraps and biscuits) and today I start the no dessert rule

The no snacking thing was REALLY easy to stick to which amazed me because I thought that was my weak point...I have been having coffees again, maybe 5-6 a week, so I really need to stop that...

So no gym today...maybe just a walk, maybe 2 Km

How is everyone else going
SW: 87.7 kg
CW: 67.3 Kg
GW: 60.0 kg

It was my first weigh in of this challenge and I have lost 1/2 a klio last week. I am quite happy with that, but not so happy with my routine, all was going well from Monday till Friday, with sitcking to my WW points and running/power walking 6 kilos each day, but the weekend was a mess.

I worked the whole of Saturday, and Sunday was Mom's 70 th B-Day & party, way too much cakes ect was eaten.

O well, at least this week should be without any distractions, so lets hope for the best.

oh i feel for you gutsy, i hate when i eat too much. it seems to overshadow the good work you do!
chin up though, in the long term it really isnt going to matter too much!

oh my run this morning has really worn me out! yawn!

but i gotta keep my modivation! come on 59kg!

oh and i made my own organic muesli last night. it even has goji berries, flaxseed and chia seeds! take a look

Hi everyone!
I've been going pretty well and today ... for the first time in probably in my adult life ... that I slipped from the obese range into the overweight range according to the BMI. I know it is considered flawed in some ways but it's something I've been keeping an eye on. Yay me. LOL

12 days into the challenge and I haven't even posted up my pledge yet.. heh.. oops! well better late than never. I actually started on my pledge 8th of Nov so I suppose it isn't too bad.

My naturopath gave me my test results back on the 4th and I started on the 8th soo.. 23 days of the challenge left for me.

Starting weight (as per results returned on the 4th) - 73.6kg (ack i've gained weight since joining this forum :( )

My pledge:
Weight related - I pledge to lose at least 2 kg by the end of the month (I'm pretty sure it'll all be water loss but a little is better than nothing)

Non - weight related :
1) I pledge to eat healthy and stick to the diet my naturopath has put me on and eat my supplements everyday as well
2) I pledge to drink at least 2.25L of water a day
3) I pledge to drink no more than 2 coffees a day (preferably less but I'm a coffee addict and a barista -.-)
4) I pledge to eat one piece of fruit or half a cup of fruit a day (not allowed anymore on this diet)

How I'm going so far four days into the start of my challenge:

I've managed to keep to 2 coffees a day (barely). I've kept my water intake up to around the 2.25L mark, some days more than that. I've kinda been sticking to the diet but because I work quite abit it is hard to weigh up the cooked proteins at work so I have had to make average guesstimates as I call it.. just estimating approx how much I need.

I need all the motivation I can get because I've never been able to get through a proper diet period much less something that is a lifestyle change for me. I'll update again next week but in the mean time, just to keep myself accountable for what I do, I've been posting up my eating diary on my blog (it be in my signature)
