Hey everyone, we're very cool here - you can hop into the challenge anytime you want - just indicate what weight you are aiming for on 28/2/2011. In fact, if you are down about your goal weight you might just want to firm up - so pop in some measurements instead.
Once you have 'locked in' your target, hang in there and don't get too disheartened if you seem to be falling short - it's not a competition, it's meant to be fun whilst getting that lean, mean, fat-burning machine that you are after
